With the acquisition of certain assets of the Chicago Fire Brick Company, Allied Mineral Products, Inc., is able to manufacture the Chicago Fire Brick line of products.  Allied now provides an extensive line of high quality, monolithic refractories designed specifically for the cupola melting industry.  We provide some of the most advanced and cost effective refractories for cupola melting, holding, transfer and related equipment.  Some specific applications where our products excel include ladles, tapholes and separators.    New product development and improvements to existing products are ongoing – check back often to see what’s new!
The American Precast Refractories Division designs and manufactures a wide selection of shapes for a variety of applications using refractories from Allied, Matrix and Chicago Fire Brick.  Just a few of these applications include shapes utilized in cupolas, coreless & channel induction furnaces and heat treating furnaces.
